We are currently looking to expand our team with a highly energetic and charismatic Business Development Manager / Account Executive. You will be generating revenue through identifying leads and closing sales while fostering a positive working relationship with our list of highly esteemed clients.


  • Seek and generate leads by identifying opportunities
  • Follow up on sales request
  • Meet prospective clients and gather a high level overview of their requirements
  • Prepare proposals and close sales agreements including searching & writing of tenders
  • Keep excellent client relations with both existing and new clients
  • Update and keep track record of customer details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Meet & exceed very reasonable targets
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to

The ideal candidate should be/have

  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills
  • Self-driven & motivated
  • Confident, smart & organised
  • Good market research skills
  • Good communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • IT literate
  • Basic understanding of the web industry
  • Driver’s license
  • Past experience in sales / business development will be considered an asset
