A web based real-time license verification tool
The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) is Malta’s single, independent regulatory body responsible for the governance of all gaming activities in Malta, both online & offline.
What did we do?
We developed a tool which allows users of online casinos, sports books and all the users accessing gaming portals regulated by the MGA to validate in real time the authenticity of the gaming operator license.
How did we do it?
A code snippet is placed at the footer of each gaming provider portal which automatically outputs a seal of authorisation showing the status of the license. This communicates directly with MGA’s servers in order to validate the authenticity of their gaming license.
Who uses the system?
The system is used by the MGA users, the online gaming community and iGaming operators.
